Daniel is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in real estate development and design. He currently serves as the Director of Development and Design at Conscience Bay Company, where he leads development and management of unique real estate assets in the Boulder and Denver metro areas. Daniel’s responsibilities encompass visioning, design, entitlements, construction, and strategic positioning of all redevelopable assets in the company.

Before his role at Conscience Bay, Daniel was the Senior Principal and Practice Leader for Stantec Buildings and ViBE groups in Colorado. In this capacity, he oversaw the design and execution of over 30 million square feet of mixed-use developments, sports and entertainment districts, arenas, urban districts, and more in multiple countries. He also teaches at the University of Colorado LEEDS School of Business Real Estate Center. With a strong commitment to sustainability and community development, Daniel serves on advisory boards and contributes to nonprofit organizations including ULI, Better Boulder, Bonai Shalom. His projects, recognized with awards such as ULI, ICSC, and AIA, reflect his dedication to creating exceptional, sustainable spaces where people choose to spend their time.
