Dan Waldvogle

Conscience Bay Research Program Officer

For long term climate resilience, it is vital that we foster connection throughout communities
to build solutions that support our stewards while bolstering our natural resources and working lands.

Dan joined Conscience Bay Research (CBR) in 2024 and manages a portfolio of work relating to two of our impact areas: Climate Solutions in Agriculture and Colorado River Resilience. With extensive experience in production agriculture, recreation, community organizing, and agricultural policy, Dan has built nontraditional partnerships that have shaped effective legislation. He is passionate about developing novel solutions that protect the living landscapes, precious natural resources, and working lands on which we all depend. Dan was awarded the Denver Business Journal’s Who’s Who in Agriculture in 2021 and the Leaders in Colorado Agriculture in 2024. As the CBR Program Officer, he amplifies CBR’s body of work that supports market-based, data-driven solutions that push the edge of innovation while remaining grounded in practice.
