Western States Ranches
Conscience Bay Company believes that agriculture is an essential part of Colorado’s future. Our operating company, Western States Ranches LLC, runs a commercial cow-calf operation on Colorado’s Western Slope. With Jim Howell of Grasslands LLC heading up our management team and Tyler Westhoff running our base of operations at the Harts Basin Ranch near Delta, Colorado, we focus on holistic planned grazing, regenerative agriculture, stewardship, and long-term productivity.
Renewable Energy
In our commercial portfolio, we maximize energy efficiency, generate renewable energy on-site and incentivize tenants to adopt sustainable behaviors.
Sustainability
On our farms and ranches, we seek opportunities to conserve land and water, and manage agriculture for long term productivity.
